Undertaking market research to identify appropriate partners and sponsors to target;

Maximising engagement and fundraising opportunities with current and potential sponsors, to secure long term and increased funding across a wide target of markets.
Research new philanthropic foundations and likely sources of statutory funding both in the Darwin and Australia wide.
Work with the strategic, governance and administration team in applications of grants, making sure terms and conditions are satisfied.

Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals;

Conduct extensive media outreach;
Create brochures and sell sheets;

Maintaining and updating the website regularly or as needed.
Human Resources Coordinator
Facilitating human resources processes, creating templates and detail documentation for the human Resource Coordinator portfolio;
Assisting with the creation of training manuals, HR manual, and KS committee handbook;
Assisting with creation, distribution and collection of feedback;
Ensuring the effective utilisation of plans related to HR programs and services;
Answering executive committees’ requests and questions;
Conducting and recommending corrective actions;

First point of contact for all volunteers.
Assist with all coordination and correspondence from the Volunteer Managements (VM) office.
Assist the Events and Logistics portfolio in recruiting volunteers for weekly events.
Handle all-volunteer complaints and bring them to the attention of the VM executives.
